Phil Frey was very helpful in negotiating a deal on raw land near us in Fredericksburg. We desired a particular area/parcel, but the sellers were still in the process of subdividing it. So, it was a bit of a tricky negotiation/communication process. Phil stayed on top of it all and kept us in the loop on how everything was transpiring.
